Trying to make me pay twice

I just upgraded from a free account to a Pro. I received notification that my payment was processed but I have no access to the Pro features and if I try, I am asked to pay again. I couldnt even write this review on the Pro app, because they said I had to have bought the app to do so!
Beware.
